Conditions of use

Welcome to 3T Competence LLC (“3T Competence”) website, www.3tcompetence.com (the “Site”).  We ask that you abide by the terms and conditions that follow, along with any other terms and conditions that may appear on the Site from time-to-time.  Your use of the Site constitutes your agreement with the Terms and Conditions that follow and we reserve the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time.  When we make changes, we will post them here.  You agree to check this section periodically to be aware of any changes and your continued use of the Site shall be considered your agreement to any modified Terms and Conditions.  If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use this Site.

Payment Terms

We accept payment with all major Credit Cards (fees may apply).  Please contact Customer Service to discuss alternate payment terms if required for bulk orders. 

Taxes

Any sales tax, use tax or any other tax, fee or charge of any nature whatsoever imposed by any government authority, on or measured by the transaction between Seller and Buyer shall be paid by the Buyer in addition to the price quoted or invoiced.

Shipping Terms

We ship to all US states using standard UPS service.  Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.   Faster/alternative delivery is available by request for an additional fee.

Pricing

Prices may vary and are subject to taxes and shipping fees.

Minimum Order

Orders under $100 are subject to a service charge of $20.  This will be added at checkout.

Cancellation Policy

All orders placed are final.

Returns

We will gladly accept and credit the full purchase price of merchandise returned in new and saleable condition, within 30 days of purchase, minus $20 restocking fee per item returned.  To commence return process, please contact support@3tcomptence.com with order details, and reason for return request. 

Warranty

3T Competence branded/manufactured products are covered by a 12 month limited warranty from date of purchase.  This warranty covers the products to be free from defects due to improper materials and workmanship.  Items deemed by 3T Competence to be defective will be replaced at no charge.

Billing Information Accuracy

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us.  We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per organization or per order.  In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.  We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgement, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.  You agree to promptly update your contact and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Liability/Indemnity Limitations

Neither 3T Competence, nor its owner, employees or agents are liable for injuries or damages incurred as a result of the misuse of our products.  All products are designed for educational and training purposes only.

Product Descriptions

We attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, 3T Competence does not warrant that product descriptions and website content is accurate, free of errors, complete or current. If any product ordered from 3T Competence that you receive isn’t described as shown on 3T Competence, it can be returned – unused – as described in our returns policy.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, U.S.A. (without regard to its conflicts of laws). Customer hereby consents to the jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in the State of Texas in connection with any dispute that may arise hereunder, and Customer herby waives any objections it may have to the jurisdiction or venue of the Texas courts.
