Our story begins not in a boardroom, but with a product creator who spent years immersed in the world of clinical simulation, listening, learning, and watching firsthand the gaps that kept educators and students from getting the most out of their training. He saw the passion of educators held back by complex equipment. He saw students struggling – not because they lacked potential, but because they didn’t all learn the same way.

He believed there had to be a better way.

Originally from Australia, our founder brought that vision – and his family – to the United States, chasing a dream that was bigger than any one product. He knew that true innovation isn’t about creating what’s convenient to sell – it’s about building what’s truly needed. That’s what sparked the beginning of 3T Competence.
